What we collect
- Free tier: nothing that identifies you. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) are kept for a short period for security and capacity planning.
- Pro: your email address, your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and subscription status. We never see or store your card details; Stripe does, under its own privacy policy.
- Alerts: the alert rules you save, including a Telegram chat id or webhook URL if you enter one.
- API keys: a hash of each key, its label and creation time. The key itself is shown to you once and not stored.
- Browser storage: your chosen window, sound and notification preferences, kept in your browser only.
What we use it for
To run your subscription, sign you in, deliver the alerts you asked for, secure the service and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Stripe (payments), Microsoft Azure (hosting, UK South region), our email provider (sign-in links and email alerts), Telegram or the webhook endpoint you configure (only the alert text you asked for). Databento supplies market data to us and receives nothing about you.
Cookies
One cookie, tp_access, set only after a successful checkout or sign-in link, for 30 days, so the deck knows you are a subscriber. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Retention and deletion
Subscription records are kept while your subscription is active and for as long as tax and accounting rules require afterwards. Alert rules and API keys are deleted when you ask or when your subscription ends. Email [email protected] to access, correct or delete your data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will say so on the service or by email.
