TRADEPAPPYTERMS OF SERVICE
1. What the service is
TradePappy is an information service. It computes and displays descriptive readouts of the current state of certain financial markets from exchange data. It is not a broker, an adviser, or a trading system. It does not execute trades and does not hold your money.
2. Not investment advice
Nothing on the service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a trade signal, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. The readouts are automated, may be wrong, late or unavailable, and are provided for information only. Futures, CFDs and other leveraged products carry a substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for everyone. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their results.
3. Accounts and access
The free tier requires no account. Pro access is tied to the email address used at checkout. Sign-in is by a link sent to that address. You are responsible for keeping that mailbox, your access cookie and any API keys secure. Do not share Pro access; we may suspend accounts that are shared or that abuse the service, including automated requests beyond the documented API.
4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Pro is a monthly subscription billed in US dollars by Stripe. It renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal; access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and no further charges are made. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund, or where the service was unavailable for a material part of a billing period, in which case contact [email protected] and we will make it right. The free tier is the trial: the same signals, fifteen minutes behind. Subscriptions started before version 2 of these terms (12 September 2026) keep the seven-day refund window they were sold with. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; a change applies from your next renewal.
5. Market data
Market data is CME Group data delivered via Databento and is licensed to you for personal display within the service only. You may not redistribute, resell or republish the data or the readouts, or use the API to build a competing data product.
6. Availability
We aim for the service to be available whenever CME Globex is open but do not guarantee it. Data can be delayed, stale or interrupted by the exchange, the data vendor, hosting providers or us. The service marks stale and closed states honestly, and you agree not to rely on it as your only source of market information.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape the service beyond the documented API, interfere with other users, or use the service for anything unlawful. Alert webhooks you configure must point at services you control or are authorised to use.
8. Intellectual property
The service, its design, code and readouts are ours or our licensors'. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them under these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
10. Changes and termination
We may change the service or these terms. Material changes will be announced on the service or by email. We may terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
